IT Support Analyst - Squire Patton Boggs

Squire Patton Boggs is a global law firm with over 1,500 lawyers in more than 40 offices across four continents. We are known for our local expertise and global reach, providing comprehensive legal services. We are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA.

About the Role

The IT Support Analyst is crucial for ensuring the quality of local technology service delivery. You will work closely with the Technology Services team and other technology departments to implement, maintain, and support PC-based applications, mobile devices, infrastructure components, and telecommunications. Your goal is to ensure local and firmwide systems are delivered consistently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides 1st and 2nd level end-user support for PC and telecommunications issues.
  • Offers desk-side and face-to-face support, including one-to-one advice, configuration, clinics, and proactive maintenance.
  • Maintains an accurate audit of office hardware, including PCs, laptops, printers, and other devices, assisting with asset tracking tools.
  • Supports and deploys hardware such as PCs, laptops, peripherals, telephones, mobile devices, and printers, including physical installation and preventative maintenance.
  • Ensures a professional and high-quality technology experience for internal and external users in conference rooms by managing equipment like laptops, projection systems, video conferencing, networking, telephony, digital signage, and A/V systems.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience with PCs and peripherals.
  • Alternatively, 3-5 years of help desk or training experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows.
  • Familiarity with desktop applications, ideally within a legal setting.
  • Experience with PC-based systems, mobile devices, remote access tools, and web conferencing solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
