Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A
The Squarespace Finance team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to take ownership of FP&A responsibilities within the Investments team. You will analyze results, understand key drivers, and provide clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.
Role Overview
This hybrid role (3 days/week in-office) is based in New York City. You will report directly to the Director of FP&A (Investments) and work as a trusted thought partner across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting for the Customer Operations organization.
- Analyze credit card and payment processing fees to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify risks and opportunities and communicate their business impact clearly.
- Develop compelling presentation materials for leadership regarding financial projections and business performance.
- Prepare monthly close, forecast, annual planning, and financial reviews.
- Enhance financial models and reporting tools to support decision-making.
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in tech or high-growth environments.
- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous settings and ramps up quickly.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, or Looker is a plus.
- Effective communicator who can influence and present to leadership.
- Detail-oriented with strong business judgment and curiosity.

Compensation
Cash Compensation Range: $105,500 - $170,200 USD. In addition, eligible employees may receive stock options.
