About the Role
At Squarespace we empower our product teams to solve challenging customer and business problems. As the Senior Product Manager, CRM, you will drive the strategy and roadmap for our CRM product within the Marketing Tools group, ensuring that merchants connect with their customers through timely and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and prioritize a data-driven roadmap with clear ROI.
- Guide product development from conception to launch across multiple teams.
- Partner with design, engineering, UX research, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Shape team goals, conduct cross-team studies, and contribute to OKRs.
- Influence strategy with well-reasoned presentations and proposals.
Who We're Looking For
A candidate with 4+ years of product management experience and familiarity with CRM or marketing products. A strong understanding of product discovery, delivery, and user segmentation is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
