Overview

Squarespace is seeking a Sales Manager, Cross-Sell & Expansion to hire, build, and lead a brand-new team of Account Executives. This founding role will focus on driving expansion revenue by cross-selling and upselling across our integrated product suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard a high-performing team of Account Executives.
  • Architect and implement a cross-sell and expansion sales playbook.
  • Provide daily coaching and participate in client calls.
  • Drive expansion revenue through precise forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Champion the use of Salesforce and modern AI-driven sales tools.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales with 2-3+ years in a sales management role, a proven record of scaling teams, and a 'player-coach' mentality. Experience in creating sales playbooks and using data-driven methodologies is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Cash Compensation Range: $200,000 - $300,000 USD.
