About This Position

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in multi-cloud environments, infrastructure automation, observability, and DevOps best practices, with the ability to mentor team members and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

What are you going to do?

  • Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines for efficient code integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure high availability.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog.
  • Lead the adoption of GitOps and advanced deployment strategies using tools like ArgoCD or Flux.
  • Manage and secure containerized environments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Architect and support serverless and cloud-native applications (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions).
  • Enforce cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to streamline release processes.

You Need To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Proven experience managing cloud platforms and cloud-native services.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, ArgoCD, Flux).
  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
  • Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CloudFormation, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger).
  • Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.
  • Understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancers, and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).
  • Knowledge of GitOps, automated testing, and advanced deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with cloud security, DevSecOps, and secrets management (Vault, SOPS).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead DevOps initiatives.
  • (Preferred) Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
