Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will manage support instances requiring partner involvement and act as the escalation point between the client and the SPS partner. The ideal candidate will exceed customer expectations through understanding client business models, partner resources, and the value of product components. Experience with ERP integrations such as Sage X3 is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform post-sale technical implementation, including installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration.
- Manage project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with clients and third-party providers to resolve technical issues and integration challenges.
- Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and operational needs.
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge on ERP systems and emerging products.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3 years with a master’s degree.
- At least 3 years in account, relationship, or product management.
- Experience with third parties, consultants, VARs, and application providers.
- Exposure to ERP platforms such as Sage X3.
- Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Internet browsers.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range for this role is $77,300 – $100,000, based on education, skills, and experience. SPS Commerce offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time-off, 401(k), and more.
