What You'll Do
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure across environments. You will automate deployment processes and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI. Additionally, you will containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes, set up and maintain infrastructure as code with tools like Terraform or Pulumi, monitor system performance using Prometheus and Grafana, and collaborate with development, data, and product teams to ensure smooth, secure deployments. You will also implement best practices for system reliability, cost optimization, and incident response.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible).
- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Understanding of networking, load balancing, and security best practices.
- Experience in fast-paced startup or product environments.
- Exposure to supporting ML, AI, or data-heavy applications.
