Overview
Sprout Social is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Partnerships Director to lead and scale mission-critical relationships across social networks, platforms, and technology ecosystems. This role sits within the product organization, influencing roadmap discussions and long-term product direction.
Role Impact
The successful candidate will bridge product innovation, go-to-market strategy, and partner execution. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to accelerate integrations, co-create solutions, and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand strategic relationships with social networks and technology partners.
- Lead first-to-market product strategies, advocating for API access and roadmap visibility.
- Build and execute joint business plans with C-level and VP stakeholders.
- Translate partner capabilities into actionable product outcomes across teams.
- Structure and negotiate high-impact agreements with a balance of speed and risk.
- Develop financial tracking and reporting for partnership activities.
- Represent Sprout Social at industry events and partner summits.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in building strategic partnerships, a strong technical fluency, and experience engaging with senior executives. Experience in B2B SaaS or social media technology ecosystems is preferred.
Growth Timeline
During the first month, you will onboard and build foundational relationships. Within three months, you'll fully own network partnerships and lead joint business reviews. At six months, you will lead high-stakes discussions and align product initiatives. By 12 months, you will drive company-defining outcomes with measurable revenue impact.
