About the Role
Sprout Social is seeking an Onboarding Consultant for the Sales & Customer Experience team. This role is responsible for providing a tailored, value-driven onboarding experience that sets customers up for success.
What You’ll Do
You will deliver a customer-first onboarding experience by:
- Setting up new customers with the tools they need for success
- Managing high volumes of communication without compromising quality
- Meeting and exceeding quantitative targets while supporting team members
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and empathetic, with:
- Fluency in professional English (verbal and written)
- Client relationship experience in the technology industry
- Experience delivering product training via web conference software
- Flexibility to work North American (Central) hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to align customer goals with Sprout’s solutions
- Experience managing multiple client software implementations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
How You’ll Grow
Key milestones include:
- Completing a 3-week remote training program
- Achieving product certification and mock call success
- Managing up to 50 customer onboardings within 3 months
- Meeting activity and adoption targets within 6-12 months

This remote work opportunity is for candidates based in the Philippines. Applicants outside of the APAC region will not be considered at this time.
