About the Role

Sprout Social is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Partnerships Director to lead and scale mission-critical relationships across social networks, platforms, and technology ecosystems. This role sits within our product organization, influencing roadmap discussions, prioritization, and long-term product direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and expand strategic platform relationships with key partners.
  • Lead first-to-market product strategy and integration opportunities.
  • Build joint business plans and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Translate partner capabilities into actionable product outcomes.
  • Negotiate high-impact agreements balancing speed, scale, and risk.
  • Report and track financial and partnership metrics.
  • Represent Sprout Social at industry events and partner summits.

What You'll Bring

10+ years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships; proven executive-level relationship management; deep technical fluency with APIs; and strong cross-functional leadership, particularly with product and engineering teams. A willingness to travel and operate in high-growth, matrixed environments is key.

Growth & Onboarding Timeline

Within 1 month, complete onboarding and build internal and partner relationships. By 3 months, fully own network partnerships and drive joint business plans. At 6 months, lead high-stakes discussions and shape product alignment. By 12 months, drive company-defining outcomes with new partner initiatives.
