Job Overview
Sprinklr is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager to join its global Analyst Relations team. The role focuses on the core product portfolio including Marketing, Insights, and Social. The successful candidate will act as a connector between internal teams and top industry analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Analyst Engagement: Serve as a key team member focused on Sprinklr’s core product suite.
- Manage daily relationships with Tier 1 analyst firms.
- Lead scheduling, internal alignment, and follow-ups for analyst engagements.
- Develop briefing books, positioning narratives, and feedback summaries.
- Support planning and execution of the 2025 Analyst Summit.
- Coordinate analyst invitations, session content, and speaker preparation.
- Management of Key Industry Evaluations: Oversee participation in major analyst evaluations.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams for messaging and demo preparation.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- 3–6 years of experience in Analyst Relations or related functions.
- Proven experience working with Gartner, Forrester, IDC or similar firms.
- Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with precision and urgency.
- Familiarity with SaaS, CX technology or enterprise marketing products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build internal and external relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is outlined with a minimum, midpoint, and maximum, influenced by factors such as experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, eligible candidates may participate in bonus, commission, and equity plans.
