Overview

At Spring Health, our mission is to eliminate every barrier to mental health by delivering precision mental healthcare when needed. In the role of Senior Network Operations Manager Specialty Care, you will lead provider network operations, ensure quality provider vetting and improve internal workflows for our Specialty Care team.

Provider Vetting & Network Operations

Build and maintain an internal provider vetting framework in partnership with Provider Operations and Clinical teams. Define and document vetting criteria and workflows, integrating feedback loops from internal stakeholders and clinical partners. Manage and execute the provider vetting process across multiple specialties.

Workflow Optimization & Efficiency

Collaborate with Clinical teams to design and document SOPs. Identify and improve referrals with AI-based tools and workflow automation. Troubleshoot internal referral pathways and track key metrics to improve clinical performance.

Capacity Planning & Scalability

Forecast provider network needs based on referral volume and member demand. Partner with internal teams to identify gaps in provider capacity and support scalable systems design.

A high-quality, standardized provider vetting process is in place. Operational efficiency supports scaling for growing Specialty Care needs and reduces manual burdens on clinical teams.

What We Expect From You

You have 6+ years of operations, network management or healthcare delivery experience, with at least 4 years in healthcare settings. You possess strong project management, analytical, and communication skills to drive process improvements across complex environments.

Compensation & Benefits

The target base salary range for this role is between $110,000 and $142,500, complemented by stock options, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, generous parental leave, and additional perks.
