Each team member has the flexibility to choose where they work most effectively each week—whether that's from home, a coffee shop, or the office. While flexibility is key, we also value the power of in-person connection. About the Role: Lead Analyst, Business Development Operations
Spreetail is looking for a Lead Analyst, Business Development Operations who will drive results that impact our larger goals. We will hold you accountable for your work and your results. We look for people wanting to progressively advance their careers and get promoted. This role combines deep analytics with hands-on operational execution to strengthen the BD revenue engine.

- Systems & Workflow Enablement: Ensure data integrity and metric consistency across CRM and related systems.
- Operating Impact: Reduce manual effort and dependency on ad hoc reporting.

- Senior analyst with strong revenue funnel experience (5+ yr experience).
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, Excel, data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), SQL and/or DAX.
- Comfortable operating inside systems and processes, not just reporting on them.
- High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and auditability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Sales Operations tools (Hubspot, Gong, etc.).
