About the Role

As the RevOps AI & Automation Lead at Spreedly, you will join our Revenue Operations team to build the next generation of intelligent go-to-market systems. This hands-on role requires turning ideas into functional workflows quickly, partnering with GTM leaders, data teams, and RevOps colleagues to drive impact through AI-powered automations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable automations using tools like Make, Zapier, Workato, or Tray.io.
  • Own AI enhancements for lead routing, scoring, and follow-up workflows.
  • Build and maintain integrations between core systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, among others.
  • Deploy AI-native tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain) for GTM initiatives and prototyping new solutions.
  • Partner with data teams to integrate AI workflows with GTM data and build performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success Ops to optimize processes.
  • Train and enable GTM teams on new tools and automation workflows.
  • Support vendor evaluation and management of AI and automation platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or related roles.
  • Deep experience with GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, and others.
  • Strong hands-on background with automation tools and familiarity with AI platforms.
  • Ability to write prompts, build prototypes, integrate APIs, and use data for insights.

Additional Skills

  • Experience with Python or SQL.
  • Experience working directly with ML models or vector databases.
