Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and deploy AI-powered conversational and workflow systems.
- Build robust evaluation frameworks to measure performance and accuracy.
- Improve conversation memory relevance and contextual grounding.
- Enhance prompt and orchestration logic for improved personalization.
- Experiment with model fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Leverage tools like LangGraph, FalkorDB, and PGVector for context management.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to align AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of software development experience, with 1 year in LLM-focused SaaS applications.
- Proficiency with Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
- Experience with vector databases such as FalkorDB, PGVector, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
- Knowledge of embedding models, retrieval strategies, and context-window optimization.
- Familiarity with model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation methodologies.
- Understanding of graph databases for structured knowledge management.
- Ability to collaborate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $190k-$210k per year, part of a comprehensive compensation package.
