Product Manager Role

The Product Manager at SpotOn is responsible for defining product strategy, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on what restaurants sell and how they price products.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy for SpotOn restaurant software suite
  • Own and manage the product roadmap with data-informed decisions
  • Innovate and challenge assumptions in product design
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, Ops and GTM teams
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies
  • Maintain a continuous cycle of experimentation and iteration
  • Advocate for the product and act as the voice of the customer
  • Work with stakeholders on product positioning

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality software
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle
  • Technically fluent; knowledgeable about APIs and systems architecture
  • Metrics-driven and data-informed decision making
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Customer empathy and ability to manage ambiguity
  • Hands-on restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary ranges between $150,000 - $185,000 USD along with a competitive compensation package that includes a company stock plan. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, RSUs, paid vacation and holidays, cell phone/internet stipend, and tuition reimbursement.
