About the Workday Payroll Specialist Role
We are looking for a Workday Payroll Specialist to join our People Systems team at Spotify. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our Workday Payroll setup while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across markets.
What You'll Do
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Payroll functionality.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll Operations, IT and others.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations.
- Develop sophisticated Workday reports and document processes.
- Troubleshoot, support system enhancements, and lead user training.
Who You Are
You bring over 5 years of hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience along with strong knowledge of Workday HCM, payroll compliance, and technical report building. Your problem-solving attitude and teamwork enable you to work effectively across global HR systems, support regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvements in payroll processes.
Where You'll Be
This role is based in New York, NY or London, UK with a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days in-office). Compensation for U.S. candidates ranges from $69,541 to $99,344 plus equity.
