Spotify is seeking a Senior Manager for Sales Technology & Data Governance to join the Sales Operations team. This role blends responsibilities across sales operations, data management, and tooling to support our sales, customer support, and marketing teams. As a key member of the Sales Operations team, you will design, implement, and manage tools and processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Be the accountable owner for systems and tools used by the sales team, including Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer support, marketing, and operations leaders to design optimal sales processes and translate them into requirements for internal tooling engineering teams.
  • Evaluate, deploy, and scale AI-powered solutions that enhance seller productivity, automate operational tasks, improve data quality, and support revenue-driving activities across the sales lifecycle.
  • Develop reliable data architecture, policies, and processes that ensure data is up to date, accurate, and clear. Create and maintain sales data quality reporting to continuously improve reliability and impact of business data.
  • Work closely with CRM Engineering and other Product/Engineering teams to ensure tooling builds and data management processes meet business expectations.
  • Lead user acceptance testing, beta testing, and final rollout/adoption efforts for new tools, data quality improvements, or incremental enhancements.
  • Provide detailed training and reference documents for tools and data governance practices, ensuring sales team awareness and proficiency.
  • Identify business initiatives and gaps with existing tools and data management practices, capturing them in a prioritized list, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Management, Technical Program Management, or a similar operational or technical role supporting go-to-market teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, information management, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep experience working with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including pipeline management, account management workflows, and CRM customization in complex sales environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building or improving data governance frameworks, identifying data quality issues, and implementing processes that ensure reliable and actionable business data.
  • Experience evaluating or implementing modern AI technologies that improve seller productivity, automate operational tasks, or enhance analytics within sales or CRM systems.
  • Strong program and project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, prioritize competing business needs, and deliver results in fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across sales, marketing, operations, and engineering teams, helping drive adoption of new tools, processes, and data governance practices.
