Product Marketing Manager, Measurement at Spotify
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Measurement to join Spotify’s Global Monetization Product Marketing team. This team collaborates with Spotify’s R&D teams to build innovative new ad solutions by defining market requirements and developing go-to-market strategies to increase product adoption and revenue growth.
In this role, you will significantly impact our rapidly growing ads business by shaping the strategy for Spotify’s advertising upper-funnel measurement solutions. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, interfacing daily with cross-functional experts to launch and grow solutions that help customers understand their marketing strategy effectiveness.
You will utilize your creative, analytical, and tactical strengths to effectively bring products to market and communicate market insights back to the product teams. This role offers personal and leadership growth within a strategic pillar of our ads business, helping advertisers better understand their marketing decisions' impact.
What You'll Do
- Drive product and feature development for Spotify’s advertising measurement solutions, leveraging market knowledge to help R&D teams prioritize impactful work.
- Deeply understand customer segments and gather high-quality product feedback to influence roadmaps and guide global marketing tactics.
- Develop product positioning strategies that clearly articulate Spotify’s value proposition and differentiate us in the market.
- Lead product launches with various cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and PR.
- Support global product adoption and growth through market expansion, sales enablement, and thought leadership initiatives.
Who You Are
- You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the digital advertising industry, with a strong understanding of advertising measurement and upper-funnel solutions (e.g., brand lift, audience/media verification). Product marketing experience is preferred.
- You hold a BA/BS degree or equivalent; a master’s degree is a plus.
- You have strong experience leading cross-functional teams and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders across product/engineering, partnerships, operations, and sales.
- You have experience with customer research and are proficient in using data/insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
- You possess strong opinions on what to build and why, effectively balancing quantitative and qualitative data to influence strategic decisions.
- You have experience working globally and demonstrate empathy for diverse customer needs.
- You have experience successfully launching cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.
- You have a track record of collaborating with various cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- You can translate highly technical concepts into human, relatable, and compelling language.
- You have experience presenting to large industry groups and meeting with senior external stakeholders.
Where You'll Be
Spotify offers flexibility to work where you work best. For this role, you can be located anywhere within the North America region, provided we have a work location there. This team operates within the EST time zone for seamless collaboration.
