We are looking for a Product Manager to join Spotify's ML/AI Platform team. In this role, you will oversee AI Observability and Evaluation, ensuring that platform tools assist internal teams in tracking LLM behavior during production, resolving issues quickly, measuring performance, and refining AI products consistently.

What You'll Do

As the Product Manager ML AI Platform, you will:

• Own the product roadmap for Spotify’s AI observability capabilities including instrumentation, data contracts, and debugging workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop AI/Agentic evaluation roadmaps utilizing LLM-as-judges and similar approaches.
• Build golden path instrumentation defaults via SDKs, libraries, and templates for observable LLM workloads.
• Partner with engineering to deliver root-cause workflows across LLM chains and agents.
• Drive adoption through discovery, pilots, documentation, and enablement initiatives.
• Define and track success metrics such as coverage, time-to-first-trace, regressions caught pre-production, MTTR, and early cost anomaly detection.
• Work with Privacy/Security teams to establish compliant and debuggable logging and retention systems.

Who You Are

You are a candidate with 2+ years in product management, comfortable with ML/AI development flows and LLM application patterns. You combine strong product fundamentals with a metrics-driven approach, collaborating closely with technical teams even without writing production code.

Where You'll Be

This role is based in Toronto with flexible work options, including remote work complemented by occasional in-person meetings.

Compensation

The Canadian base range for this position is 98,155 - 140,222 CAD plus equity.
