Overview

Join Spotify’s Growth Team as a Growth Enablement Manager. In this role, you will drive user growth for Spotify globally, working at the intersection of business and product.

What You'll Do

You will look after and optimize our growth marketing tech stack, work with stakeholders on automation, personalization, and experimentation, evaluate new tools and vendors, collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable growth strategies, and troubleshoot technical issues in campaign executions.

You have 4+ years experience in marketing technology or related growth roles, a deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape, and a proven ability to implement solutions to drive growth. You excel in stakeholder management and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
