What You'll Do as a Group Product Manager - Procurement
- Own the full portfolio of products and processes across Spotify’s Procurement ecosystem, including Source-to-Pay, Buyer’s Desk, and Spend Analytics.
- Set and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and success metrics for Procurement at Spotify.
- Lead and support multiple product teams, balancing innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Finance, Platform, and Engineering teams to design, build, and evolve procurement capabilities.
- Define OKRs, track progress, and clearly communicate impact across procurement product areas.
- Navigate complexity and ambiguity while aligning stakeholders around shared priorities and outcomes.
- Act as both a people leader and a hands-on product leader, stepping in where needed to move work forward.
Who You Are
- You bring 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership across multiple teams.
- You have experience working in procurement or procurement-adjacent domains.
- You’ve successfully defined and driven product strategy at scale, influencing outcomes beyond a single team.
- You are a strong, empathetic leader with excellent relationship-building skills.
- You communicate clearly and persuasively, tailoring your message to different audiences and contexts.
- You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity and enjoy bringing structure and direction to complex problem spaces.
- You influence decision-making at all levels of an organization through data, storytelling, and collaboration.
- You hold yourself and others to high standards and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- You bring resilience, perseverance, and a strong sense of ownership to your work.
