We are seeking a passionate Engineering Manager II, Personalization to lead a high-performing team focused on multi-objective, multi-stakeholder recommendations within Spotify playlists. This role supports multiple services accessed by half a billion listeners, with strict scalability and latency requirements.

- Demonstrated experience leading software engineering teams or projects, including mentoring junior engineers and setting technical direction.
- Skilled in the design of robust software systems.
- Adept at working towards strategic goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Where You'll Be
Spotify offers flexible work arrangements. For this role, you can be based anywhere within the North America region where Spotify has a work location. The team primarily operates within the Eastern Standard time zone for collaborative purposes.
