About Spotify Engineering Manager Home Content Journey

The Personalization team makes deciding what to play next easier and more enjoyable for every listener. You will be part of a team behind some of Spotify’s most-loved features, shaping personalized audio experiences.

Job Overview

This role focuses on leading the backend engineering team responsible for driving the personalization of the Home page. You will collaborate with multiple teams to define product roadmaps and technical strategy across Home Content, Home Construction, and Home PZN squads.

  • Partner with Home Content and Construction teams to address needs.
  • Work with Experience mission to evolve loading paradigms.
  • Create a culture of platform stability and reduced operational maintenance.
  • Develop an engineering strategy supporting content lifecycle and experimentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership on tech strategy and product alignment.
