About the Role

As Sporty continues its global expansion, we are seeking a dedicated People Operations Lead, Systems and Data to spearhead the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of our new HRIS (HiBob). This pivotal role ensures our people operations systems, data, and core processes are cohesive, scalable, and perfectly suited for a high-growth, global organization.

You will collaborate closely with global People Operations leads, HR leadership, and key business stakeholders to review and standardize people processes, roll out new system modules, and guarantee robust adoption across HR teams and managers. This position uniquely blends operations, systems, and data, with a primary objective of enabling superior people decisions through cutting-edge technology, automation, and insightful analytics.

What You'll Be Doing

People Operations Systems Ownership

  • Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and rollout of HiBob across the organization.
  • Act as the primary owner of people systems and data governance.
  • Partner with global People Operations leads to review, align, and standardize people processes.
  • Ensure system design supports global consistency while meeting local and regional requirements.

Process Design & Optimisation

  • Review and evolve core people operations processes to ensure they are scalable and system-enabled.
  • Work with HR leadership to design and roll out new HRIS modules, including Compensation, Performance management, and additional modules aligned to business needs.
  • Ensure processes are clearly documented, governed, and consistently applied.

Training, Enablement & Adoption

  • Design and deliver system and process training for HR teams and people managers.
  • Support the upskilling of HR team members to ensure strong system ownership and operational capability.
  • Drive adoption and effective usage of the system across HR, managers, and leadership teams.

Data, Reporting & Metrics

  • Design and maintain robust people operations reporting and dashboards.
  • Define, track, and improve key people metrics across Headcount and workforce data, Performance and progression, Compensation and reward.
  • Partner with HR leadership to ensure people data supports decision-making, planning, and governance.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience leading HRIS implementation and people operations systems, ideally HiBob.
  • Strong experience designing and embedding operations processes in a scaling or international organization.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior HR leaders and operational stakeholders.
  • Experience designing or improving performance and bonus HRIS modules.
  • Strong analytical capability and experience building people reporting and metrics.
  • Track record of driving change management and system adoption.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
