About The Role: Junior Tester / Business Analyst
As a Junior Tester / Business Analyst, you’ll play a hands-on role supporting the delivery of reliable, well-designed technology solutions across our Enterprise Platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their testing or analysis career who’s curious, detail-oriented and keen to learn.
You’ll spend your time testing systems, working through requirements with stakeholders, and supporting improvements to identity, access and workflow processes. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors and project leads, gaining exposure to Identity Access Management (IAM), testing frameworks and business analysis practices in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
This role is Melbourne-based with hybrid working and offers strong development pathways as you build your technical and analytical skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Execute manual testing including functional, regression and UAT
- Log, track and retest defects, maintaining clear test documentation
- Support test planning, data validation and basic troubleshooting
- Analyse and clarify requirements with stakeholders and vendors
- Assist with Identity & Access Management processes and tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Saviynt)
- Identify process issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
