Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Employment: Hiring full time and part time, Saturday shift required

Location: Physically reporting to work in Alpharetta, GA.

Position Purpose & Responsibilities

This role serves as a direct point of contact between Sports Warehouse and its customers. You will build strong connections by providing friendly, professional, and helpful support via phone, live chat, or email. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing Microsoft Office and new software applications effectively.
  • Problem solving using available resources.
