Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional support and problem solve customer issues.
  • Utilize first-hand equine experience in western, endurance, or English disciplines.
  • Maintain clear communications and follow company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members during busy periods.
  • Handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in horse care, riding or training.
