Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager at Sportlogiq, you will work at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will coordinate roadmaps, manage dependencies, optimize resources, and ensure stakeholder alignment while driving collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Innovation teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full lifecycle project management and coordinate cross-team technical delivery.
  • Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into engineering tasks.
  • Coordinate with Engineering Leads to track dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate sprint/release planning and maintain clarity on priorities and milestones.
  • Implement new processes to reduce friction and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Own documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparency throughout the project.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in Program Management within technology organizations.
  • Strong technical fluency and understanding of software dependencies and risks.
  • Expertise in Agile and scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Proven risk and resource management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with diverse stakeholders.
  • Certifications (PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, etc.) are a plus.
