Your Position as Legal Operations Student in Our Team

As a Legal Operations Student, you will play a key role in both the technical and operational aspects of our legal department, as well as providing general legal support.

Tech & Operations

• Contract Management: You will maintain and optimize our digital contract management system, ensuring clean metadata.
• Process Optimization: You will support the creation and maintenance of standard templates, playbooks, and self-service tools for other departments.
• Workflow Design: You will help structure legal inquiries and automate administrative processes.
• Knowledge Management: You will ensure our legal knowledge (Wiki, Intranet) is always current and easily discoverable for all stakeholders.

General Legal Support

• Research: You will conduct research on exciting topics in IT law, data protection (GDPR), copyright law, and general civil law.
• Review: You will assist in reviewing simple non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and service provider contracts.
• Support: You will support the team in daily operations and in preparing training sessions.

Your Profile

To succeed as a Legal Operations Student, you should bring the following:

• Education: You are an advanced law student (Jura) or business law student (LL.B./LL.M.), having successfully completed at least your second semester.
• Mindset: You have a high affinity for IT and are not afraid of new software. Terms like "Legal Tech" or "Automation" pique your interest.
• Working Style: You are extremely structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy bringing order to complex matters.
• Languages: You communicate fluently in German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Tools: You are proficient with MS Office / Google Workspace. Initial experience with Jira, Confluence, or contract databases is a plus, but not required.
