Spirit Halloween is seeking a motivated and experienced District Sales Manager for a seasonal position. This role is critical to the success of our operations, overseeing multiple store locations and ensuring a positive customer experience. About the Role
As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of store operations within your assigned district (average of 3 stores). This includes driving sales, managing payroll, overseeing recruiting and training initiatives, handling employee relations, controlling expenses, minimizing shrink, and ensuring smooth store construction, opening, operation, and closing/tear down.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of an average of 3 Spirit Halloween stores.
- Drive sales performance and achieve district sales targets.
- Manage payroll, recruiting, and training for store teams.
- Ensure effective employee relations and adherence to company policies.
- Control expenses and minimize inventory shrink.
- Manage the full lifecycle of store operations: construction, opening, daily operations, and closing/tear down.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Flexible schedule availability is required.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds for extended periods (in excess of 8 hours).
Compensation
Weekly rate ranges from $1,050 - $1,075, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Seasonal Commitment
This is a seasonal position, typically starting in July and concluding in November.
