This remote position based in India (Delhi) will primarily focus on implementing and troubleshooting complex tracking solutions for both internal and external clients. You will need to demonstrate extreme initiative, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm to deliver accurate and practical data solutions.

The ideal candidate is driven to achieve perfect setups but also understands the practical need for redundancy and providing 'good enough data' when ideal conditions aren't met. You should be adept at breaking down technical challenges into manageable steps and executing solutions effectively.

  • Verifying and sanity-checking the accuracy and completeness of conversion tracking implementations.
  • Debugging and resolving any tracking issues that arise efficiently.
  • Performing quality checks for test measurement on platforms like Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, and Hotjar.
  • Creating customized reports derived from Google Analytics and other data sources.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) for web properties, encompassing implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with website analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics (GA3/Universal Analytics and GA4).
  • Basic proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Proven expertise in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, coupled with a strong understanding of digital analytics and web traffic metrics.
  • Solid knowledge of Web Analytics principles (strategy, requirements gathering, implementation, validation, reporting), with a particular focus on Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation, and similar data collection methods.
  • Demonstrated experience in transitioning Google Analytics accounts from Universal Analytics (UA) to GA4.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English communication.

  • Technological Reimbursement: We support your professional setup with reimbursement for necessary computer equipment or software.
  • Education: Opportunity to enhance your skills through company-sponsored courses and training programs.
