About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-impact environment as a Brand & Content Project Manager. In this role, you’ll bring structure, speed, and executional excellence to a fast-moving content ecosystem—turning ideas into clear briefs, timelines, ownership plans, and high-quality deliverables. You’ll operate across brand, content, creative, digital, and executive initiatives, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while maintaining strong momentum and alignment. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly detail-oriented, and knows how to keep multiple workstreams moving without losing sight of the bigger picture. Agency experience is strongly preferred. This role requires someone who can adapt quickly as priorities shift, communicate clearly across stakeholders, and drive consistent, high-quality execution across a growing portfolio of brands.
What You'll Do
- Working with the in-house GTM team and a suite of agency partners, you’ll help build and operate the content engine across the company and its service to a growing ecosystem of portfolio companies.
- Support brand, content, web, social, PR, events, sales enablement, video, and executive marketing work.
- Turn ideas, meetings, and leadership priorities into clear project plans, owners, timelines, and deliverables, all tracked in Asana.
- Coordinate writers, designers, web partners, video teams, content creators, executives, and outside vendors.
- Drive creative routing, feedback collection, version control, approvals, and final delivery.
- Support content calendars, launch plans, campaign timelines, meeting notes, and weekly status updates.
- Help organize brand assets, creative libraries, content archives, messaging docs, and shared team resources.
- Track open items across multiple workstreams and follow up without waiting to be asked.
- Spot bottlenecks early and help clear them before they slow the work down.
- Make sure every project has a clear owner, deadline, approval path, and next step.
- Own Asana management for the brand side of the Holding Company, ensuring all trains move on time and in parallel.
What You Bring
- 5-7 years of project coordination, creative operations, marketing operations, content operations, or agency experience.
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting brand, content, creative, social, digital, web, PR, events, or campaign work.
- Strong understanding of how creative and content move from idea to final delivery.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented without being rigid.
- Comfortable working across multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Able to take messy inputs and turn them into clean next steps.
- Comfortable working with executives and fast-moving teams.
- Experience with Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar tools.
- Good judgment around urgency, priorities, and when to escalate.
- A proactive mindset and strong follow-through.
- Comfortable in a high-growth environment where priorities can change quickly.
