Job Description
The Pega Business Analyst will participate on teams consisting of developers, SMEs, and stakeholders to convert business requirements, process flows, use cases and the supporting integration documents into fully functional applications that meet user needs. This role acts as a liaison between business users, stakeholders, and technologists, working closely with the Lead System Architect and the Leadership team to jointly chart business and technical strategies. This position offers exposure to software development and systems integration projects across a broad user base.
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of Pega Business Analyst experience
- At least 4 years of use case development
- 6+ years relevant work experience
- Experience in an Agile development environment
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation
Role Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Work closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders
- Develop detailed use cases and process models
- Facilitate Agile sprints and backlog reviews
- Document functional designs, test cases, and training material
- Create wireframe designs for user requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer success
