Role Summary
Are you a compassionate healthcare professional dedicated to improving patients' quality of life through movement and rehabilitation? Join our dynamic physical therapy clinic, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our patients' lives every day. We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist who combines clinical excellence with genuine care to help our diverse patient population overcome mobility challenges and achieve their functional goals.
We are open to part-time, full-time, and PRN shift preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercise instruction to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on preventive care, home exercises, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and treatment techniques
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program or eligibility to obtain, preferred
- State physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to obtain, preferred
- Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) or eligibility to take exam, preferred
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting, preferred
- Strong manual therapy skills and exercise prescription knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Team-oriented approach to patient care
