About The Role
Your primary role is to create a warm, friendly shopping environment and exceed customer service expectations. We aim to 'WOW' every customer, making their visit to Spendless a memorable experience. Our Store Sales Team is the first point of contact with our most important asset – the customer.

Your Attributes
- Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service role.
- Preferred supervisory experience (not essential).
- Cash handling/ EFTPOS experience.
- Stock handling, replenishment, and merchandising knowledge.
- Ideally, an understanding of sales budgets & KPIs.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Enjoy fast-paced, challenging work.
- Motivation to be successful.
