AI at Spendflo isn’t a side project. It’s embedded in real procurement workflows and actively used by customers. We’re hiring a Senior AI Product Manager to help shape how AI is trusted in real business environments.
Role Overview
As a Senior AI Product Manager, you’ll work directly with the Founder & Head of Product to co-own AI-powered procurement workflows end-to-end.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who:
- Has shipped AI-powered products in production
- Is comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments
- Can define “good enough” in probabilistic systems
- Knows when to push forward — and when to push back
You won’t just ship features. You’ll shape judgment.
What You’ll Do
- Own AI-driven procurement workflows from discovery to delivery
- Define quality thresholds and guardrails for AI outputs
- Make hard prioritization decisions under uncertainty
- Partner deeply with engineering and design
- Improve trust and adoption of AI features in production
What Success Looks Like
- AI workflows customers rely on weekly or daily
- Clear prioritization and execution direction for engineering
- Improved trust and adoption of AI features
- Meaningful reduction in manual procurement work
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Experience shipping AI-powered workflows or copilots
- Strong product judgment and tradeoff clarity
- Comfortable operating without heavy structure
- Able to challenge assumptions constructively
