We are on a mission to automate the world’s most complex compliance workflows through AI. Founded by the team behind HelloFlow (acquired by Trulioo), spektr is re-defining the compliance function. We enable companies to build and scale their compliance without a single line of code. Backed by Northzone, Seedcamp, and PreSeed Ventures, we are moving fast. What you will do

  • Work directly with our co-founder & CRO on operating the GTM and sales motion (this is not a SDR/sales role)
  • Play a key role in creating spektr’s GTM motion to 10x spektr’s revenue within the next 12 months
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target markets, clients, regulations and our tech
  • Create and elevate sales and solutions materials
  • Collaborate with Marketing to continously improve inbound lead generation and messaging
  • Work with your colleagues in Product, Compliance and Tech to respond to complex use case requirements
  • Discover, test, and run new GTM initiatives
  • Become the expert in GTM systems, automation and AI

You don’t need to know all of this yet. Genuine interest, drive and mindset matter more than experience. We’ll teach you the rest.

What makes you a great fit

  • You have experience in fast-moving environments before (start-up, consulting, banking, etc.)
  • You are obsessed with getting stuff done and thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments
  • You are curious and deeply interested in AI and tech (you don’t need to be technical, but should have a curiosity and commercial understanding of tech)
  • You have a good commercial intuition
  • You are self-driven and able to execute fast and with limited information, driving your own projects
  • You are willing to relocate to Copenhagen, Denmark - since you will work closely with the founder and the core team, this role will be based in our HQ

What may not make a good fit

  • You need very detailed, structured tasks and instructions
  • You only want to do high-level strategic work
  • You want to work mostly remote
  • You want to work a regular 9-5
