About the Role

Join our growing team as a LinkedIn Ads Specialist and take ownership of client accounts. You will manage and optimize daily ad campaigns, analyze performance data, make strategic adjustments, and control budget and bids across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day management of paid media campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data, drive insights, and optimize performance.
  • Adjust budgets and bids to meet business goals.

Key Tasks

  • **Audiences:** Create, update, edit, and optimize audiences.
  • **Ad Creative:** Assist with copywriting and design of ad creative.
  • **Conversion Tracking:** Set up conversion tracking, analytics, and integrations (Insight Tag, Zapier).
  • **Budgets:** Manage account budgets and campaign bids weekly.
  • **Optimizations:** Suggest and implement optimizations to improve performance.
  • **Reporting:** Provide weekly detailed reports on performance and suggestions.

Qualifications

  • Active LinkedIn user.
  • B2B/tech/software marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in paid media or a similar role.
  • 2+ years of experience with LinkedIn Ads, specifically.
