Position Summary

The LinkedIn Ads Specialist is primarily responsible for owning the success of LinkedIn ads client accounts. This role involves managing client interactions, consulting on strategy, and handling advanced, complex client accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy: Define target audiences through research and client input, perform competitor and market research, organize brand angles, advise on offers and funnels, and compile campaign strategy.

Client Relations: Facilitate meetings with client stakeholders, lead communications via Google Meet, email, and phone, and provide strategic marketing advice.

Campaign Management: Build and manage LinkedIn campaigns, supervise account budgets and bids, analyze performance stats, optimize ads for higher conversion rates and ROI, and report on campaign performance.

Team Collaboration: Work with ad specialists, copywriters, and designers, review and approve assets, and share best practices within the team.

Copywriting & Ad Creation: Develop effective ad copy, follow platform best practices, and implement stakeholder revisions as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills: LinkedIn Advertising, Google Docs, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), ABM platforms, Email marketing, Zapier, Reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio), Canva, Ad Copywriting, and Ad Image Design.

Soft Skills: Business acumen, strong communication, written and verbal skills, rapport building, organization, strategic thinking, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $70,000 to $90,000 a year commensurate with experience.Benefits: Personal Time Off after a 45-day training period and a workstation stipend for home office items.

Background & Experience

Requires 2+ years of hands-on LinkedIn advertising, 2+ years in client account management, 5+ years in digital marketing, and preferably agency experience.

Work Hours & Location

Expected Hours: 40 per week (part time positions may be available). This position is remote for candidates in the US or Canada.
