Overview
Spectrum Solutions is transforming diagnostic testing in clinical settings with the SimplyTest™ platform. The Director of Business Development – Enterprise Dental and Healthcare drives growth through strategic relationships with large healthcare systems, hospitals, and enterprise medical organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting enterprise healthcare accounts.
- Pursue, negotiate, and close complex, multi-year contracts with large organizations.
- Prioritize DSOs and GPOs, expanding focus as the market matures.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and lead negotiations with enterprise-level clients.
Account Management & Relationship Building:
- Serve as the primary liaison for enterprise accounts ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct business reviews to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion:
- Work with internal teams to design client-aligned solutions.
- Identify market trends and competitive intelligence to position Spectrum Solutions as a leader.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and networking events.
Revenue & Performance Management:
- Meet or exceed revenue, sales, and growth targets.
- Report on pipeline activity, closed business, and account retention.
- Collaborate with finance for accurate forecasting and contract execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management, including 3+ years working with Large Dental and Healthcare Organizations. Must have a proven track record in selling into large healthcare systems and managing complex sales cycles.
