Director International Business Development

Are you a proven, seasoned professional in business development with a deep understanding of low-cost country contract manufacturing? Do you have experience in scaling operations and landing high-value contracts? Do you have a proven track record for sourcing customers looking for complex, high-reliability manufacturing solutions?

Spartronics is not your typical EMS provider. With over 20 years of manufacturing experience in Vietnam, our state-of-the-art 270,000-square-foot facility sets a new standard in contract manufacturing. The Spartronics Vietnam site specializes in complex, high-precision medical devices, commercial aerospace products, and complex industrial products. We take on the tough projects, the ones that demand technical expertise, world-class quality, and strategic execution. We are looking for a Business Development professional to help us grow in a low-cost country environment. Someone who understands the EMS manufacturing landscape, with a proven track record of sourcing new OEM customers looking for a high-tech, low-cost solution and someone who is driven to grow the revenue in our Vietnam site.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Is a master at navigating complex deals and closing high-value contracts
  • Has exceeded sales targets of $10M or more per deal for new accounts with Aerospace & Defense, Commercial, Medical, and Industrial customers.
  • Understands the low-cost country qualification process
  • Has proven success placing customers in low-cost country manufacturing with examples they can share
  • Has a deep understanding of PCBA, electromechanical assembly, and full product integration
  • Skilled at engaging engineering, supply chain, and executive stakeholders
  • Has a positive, go-getter attitude

Residency: We can only consider candidates located in the United States that are US Citizens or Permanent Residents. We can not sponsor Visas.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $150,000 to $165,000 + Commission up to three times the base
