Job Summary

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction will direct multiple construction projects with total responsibility over project direction, timely completion, and financial outcomes. This role involves mentoring and managing Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and Field Engineers. Excellent technical skills, strong communication, and a collaborative team mindset are essential.

Key Results

• Deliver projects within or below contracted budgets and schedules.
• Meet safety and quality performance metrics.
• Achieve and promote a NPS client satisfaction goal of 52.

Main Objectives & Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise subcontractors, project engineers, and field engineers.
• Manage multiple projects ranging from $5mm to $40mm.
• Provide jobsite leadership in safety and quality.
• Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and design consultants.
• Mentor and coach team members for leadership growth.
• Coordinate and assist with pre-construction efforts.
• Conduct constructability reviews and manage design risk.
• Prepare monthly progress, financial health, cost, and schedule reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business.
• 5+ years as a project manager handling commercial construction projects of $10mm+.
• Experience with base building construction (MEP, Life Safety, Elevator, circulation).
• Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet.
• Willingness to travel at least once a month.

• Competitive Full Time Base Salary: $110k – $130k annually.
