About The Role

As a Software Engineer at Sparrow, you will work as a full-stack developer partnering with other engineering team members to define, scope, and execute product requirements. You will build and ship new features to improve the user experience, participate in sustaining engineering processes, and communicate progress effectively.

About You

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of software engineering experience who excel in collaboration and communication. You should be comfortable breaking down complex domains and possess familiarity with modern software tools such as git, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and cloud platform services. Experience with Django, React, Python, JS, Postgres, and Heroku is a plus.

Compensation

This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position with compensation ranging between $100,000 to $140,000, based on experience and legal state of residence.
