About The Role

As the Director of AI Enablement at Sparq, you will be the primary driver in accelerating AI technology adoption across internal delivery teams and occasionally support pre-sales client initiatives. You will act as an internal consultant, coach, and strategist who integrates AI into daily workflows, matures internal practices, refines AI governance, and develops metrics to evaluate AI benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Enablement & Adoption: Advise delivery teams through consulting, workshops, and office hours on AI best practices.
  • Metrics Development: Develop strategies to measure and increase AI proficiency internally.
  • AI Tool & Platform Management: Pilot and manage cutting-edge AI solutions and enterprise platform programs.
  • Strategy, Governance & Offering: Help refine AI use policies and package AI expertise into client offerings.
  • Client & Sales Partnership: Provide AI subject matter expertise during pre-sales and build client relationships.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in technology leadership involving tech strategy and emerging technology implementation.
  • Proven experience with AI/ML solutions and their practical applications.
  • Strong communicator adept at explaining complex AI concepts to varied audiences.
  • Professional services or consulting experience with change management across teams.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% for engagements.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with AI governance and corporate policy refinement for AI use.
  • Experience managing or contributing to a technology-focused Center of Excellence.
  • Certifications in cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
  • Experience developing client offerings in consulting or IT services.
