About the Role: Digital Optimisation Specialist
Are you passionate about transforming digital experiences through data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology? We're seeking a talented Digital Optimisation Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive measurable improvements across our digital ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise in analytics, testing, and optimisation to enhance user experiences, increase conversions, and accelerate business growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive tracking strategies using Adobe Analytics and Tealium Tag Management to capture meaningful customer interactions across all digital touchpoints.
- Build and maintain complex data pipelines in Snowflake, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Ensure sufficiently tracked Apps.
- Create compelling dashboards and reports that tell the story of customer behaviour and business performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover optimisation opportunities and growth levers.
What Experience You'll Bring
Technical Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, optimisation, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Analytics including implementation, reporting, and Analysis Workspace.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Target for A/B testing and personalisation.
- Strong understanding of Snowflake data warehousing including SQL queries and data modeling.
- Expertise with Tealium Tag Management or similar tag management platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Launch (formerly Adobe DTM) for tag deployment.
- Familiarity with Adobe Marketo and Workfront is highly desirable.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in statistical concepts relevant to testing and experimentation.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
