As an Automation Engineer Starlink Growth, you will contribute to growing Starlink's customer base and accelerating its global monetization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain high-quality automation for customer growth and market expansion.
  • Create reports, alerts, and monitoring systems for automation health.
  • Manage stakeholder requests in a scalable manner.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to integrate automation solutions.
  • Design measurable experiments and write comprehensive documentation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or STEM discipline.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in engineering, software, data analytics, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, or engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python with an understanding of database structures and ETL.
  • Experience with automation tools like VBA, Python, C#.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.

Additional Requirements

Availability to work extended hours and weekends. Willingness to travel to corporate sites and industry events as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Level I: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, Level II: $110,000 - $130,000 per year. Additional rewards include stock options, bonuses, comprehensive medical benefits, retirement plans, paid vacation, holidays, and more.

ITAR Requirements

Applicants must meet U.S. Government export regulations eligibility criteria.
