We're hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer for a fast-growing, AI-native company building an intelligence layer for global public markets, used daily by 70+ financial institutions across the US, Europe, and Asia, including major investment banks and buy-side firms managing trillions in assets.

This is a full-stack, customer-facing role. You'll own the last mile between a core AI agent product and how each institutional client actually works, turning ambiguous requirements into concrete, production-ready solutions, spanning client integrations, backend services, the agent runtime, tool layer (MCP), and real-time streaming.

What you'll do:

Translate ambiguous customer problems into shipped features, owning design through deployment

Configure and version agent behavior (prompts, tools, models, routing) as a draft to simulate to deploy pipeline, not hard-coded logic

Build production infrastructure: API integrations, connectors, data pipelines, autoscaling execution environments

Build evaluation systems (LLM-as-judge, quality scoring, citation grounding) and ship measurable improvements from real usage

Work daily with coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor) as core tooling

What we're looking for:

End-to-end experience shipping AI agents to production (Python or TypeScript), not just prototypes

Experience with LLM workflows and agents at real scale (LangGraph, Claude Code SDK, or similar)

Comfort with ambiguity, distributed systems, and async/streaming design

Strong communication, you'll work directly with engineering, product, and finance-domain experts

Salary: $160,000-$220,000 base

All levels considered, new grad through very senior. Finance or economics background a plus but not required.
