We're looking for a Growth Manager who is obsessed with one thing: GROWTH! Not just with tools — with outcomes. Someone who wakes up thinking about new acquisition channels, who can build and challenge a marketing team, and who has the entrepreneurial fire to scale something big. This is not a "manage the existing" role. It's a "break things, find new levers, scale fast" role. You'll work hand-in-hand with Eva (Co-Founder) and lead SOVA's growth engine in France. If you've always wanted to run a business — this is your closest shot.Your Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & CRO
- Own and optimize conversion rates across all digital touchpoints (website, landing pages, funnels)
- Run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and implement data-driven improvements to drive online revenue
- Pilot external SEO & CRM providers and ensure maximum ROI from each channel
Acquisition & Growth
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels (organic, paid, partnerships, community, affiliates...)
- Monitor key KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate — and act fast
- Build scalable, repeatable growth processes that work beyond you
Team & Strategy
- Build, manage, and challenge the marketing team — lead by example
- Co-define SOVA's growth strategy with Eva and translate it into concrete actions
- Bring bold ideas, test relentlessly, and never be satisfied with the status quo
Your Profile
- Strong entrepreneurial DNA — you've built something, launched something, or have always wanted to
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Proven track record of driving measurable business impact — not just "nice-to-have" metrics.
- Comfortable with CRO, CRM, SEO, and paid acquisition.
- Structured, resourceful, and hungry for success — you don't need to be told twice.
- Fluent in French and English.
