Founded in 2021 by Eva and Solène, two sisters diagnosed with PCOS, SOVA was born from frustration with the lack of solutions available. Today, we are transforming that frustration into action. With +200% growth in the past year, scaling from €1M to €3M in profitable revenue, we are now targeting €10M in 2026 with a major international expansion.

SOVA develops high-quality supplements in collaboration with leading experts, trusted and recommended by healthcare professionals.

We are looking for an intern that can start soon, at our office in Paris for at least 5 months !

Your Role

Your mission? Lead and drive the growth of SOVA in the Italy—essentially as if you were launching your own company. You will be responsible for building everything from the ground up: strategy, execution, partnerships, brand presence, and growth channels.This is a hyper-entrepreneurial role: there are no ready-made processes or pre-existing teams—you will create them. You’ll be in charge of shaping how SOVA enters and wins in Italy, testing, learning, and iterating rapidly.If you’re curious about entrepreneurship, this is a perfect test drive: you’ll work with the freedom and responsibilities of a founder, but with the backing of an experienced team and a proven business model.

Your Responsibilities

You will oversee the full development of the market, with a strong focus on digital growth and e-commerce across all key business areas:

  • Market Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a tailored market entry and expansion strategy, with a strong focus on online channels and digital marketing.
  • Influence & Community Building: Identify and build partnerships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and online communities to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Brand Visibility & Communications: Lead content localization, social media initiatives, and PR efforts to establish SOVA as a leading digital-first brand in women’s health.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Optimize and implement CRM strategies to drive online sales, manage performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.), and analyze e-commerce performance to maximize ROI.
  • Performance & Reporting: Monitor key e-commerce metrics, analyze digital market trends, and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the Growth, Brand, and Product teams to align campaigns with launches, promotions, and market priorities.Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates and industry trends.

Profile We're Looking For

  • Highly entrepreneurial, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
  • Master's student looking for a paid internship with real responsibilities and growth potential.
  • Prior experience in marketing, growth, or business development.
  • Passionate about women’s health and wellness (bonus!).
  • Excellent analytical skills and mastery of tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on, and resourceful—able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Fluency in Italian & English (to communicate with the team) is mandatory, bonus point if you can speak French.
